Kitty Catility Privacy Policy

This policy explains the limited information Kitty Catility processes when you use the website or Discord Activity.

Information we process

• Your chosen in-game name, selected skin, cosmetics, and cosmetic colors.
• Lobby and match information, including room membership, role assignment, votes, actions, game results, and messages you send through in-game chat.
• Random or cryptographically protected identifiers used for sessions, rate limits, reconnecting, and temporary leave penalties.
• When launched through Discord: your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar identifier after you approve the requested Discord authorization.
• Limited technical records needed for security and reliability. Network addresses are converted into keyed hashes for rate limiting; hosting providers may process ordinary request logs.

How we use information

We use this information only to operate multiplayer matches, synchronize players, provide chat and customization, prevent abuse, enforce temporary leave penalties, diagnose failures, and protect the service.

Sharing and service providers

Kitty Catility does not sell personal information. Information is processed by Discord when you use the Activity, Vercel for hosting and server functions, and Supabase for multiplayer data storage. Each provider also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Retention

Online presence records expire after a few minutes. Ended rooms and their associated gameplay and chat records are scheduled for deletion after approximately 24 hours; abandoned inactive rooms are scheduled for deletion after approximately six hours once no active player remains. Early-leave discipline records reset and are deleted after seven days without another early leave. Security and hosting logs may be retained separately by the applicable provider for its normal security period.

Your choices

You can stop playing at any time, revoke the application under Discord’s Authorized Apps settings, and clear locally saved names or customization through your browser storage controls. You may request access to or deletion of information associated with you through the developer contact shown on the official Kitty Catility Discord application profile. Some information may be retained when required for security or legal compliance.

Children

Kitty Catility is not directed to children under 13 or anyone below the minimum age required to use Discord in their country.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the game changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
